ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Cheryl! I’m so glad you stopped by to see what I’m all about over here!

I became a mother in 2004 and fell in love with the magic of birth - that’s where my story begins. I’ve had 6 magical birth experiences and became a Childbirth Educator and Birth Assistant in 2013. The power and wonder of women bringing a baby earthside will never cease to amaze me.

I became a Menstrual Cycle Educator in the fall of 2024, Menopause Specialist Coach in the spring of 2025, and Postpartum Doula in summer of 2025. I believe that when we understand our bodies, we can find our power and learn to be gentle with ourselves.

This has been a life changing journey for me and I look forward to helping women like you change your life through the knowledge and wisdom of your body.
