Birth Boot Camp Classes
I have been teaching birth classes since 2012 and have taught almost 300 couples. I have seen first hand how education and preparation changes the birth experience for women and their partners. Welcoming your new baby should be a joy-filled and powerful experience. I hope you find a class that fits your schedule so we can work together to prepare for your amazing birth (whatever type of birth you are dreaming of!)
Comprehensive Class:
Our most popular class! This class covers everything you need to know about birth, baby, and breastfeeding. If you desire an unmedicated birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, this class will prepare you on all levels – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Topics include nutrition, exercise, building your birth team, stages of labor, relaxation, comfort measures, preparing your partner, birth plans, newborn procedures, parenting techniques, and much more! This class also includes one year access to our FREE online breastfeeding class and online student portal.
WHEN AND WHERE: Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 9:00 pm at Jubilee Birth Center in Bryan, TX
WHO SHOULD CHOOSE THIS CLASS: First time parents, planning a VBAC, or first natural birth.
INVESTMENT: $400 for 10 weeks and comes with a full color student workbook. $100 deposit due at registration and the $300 balance is due at the first class and may be paid with cash or check.

Express Class:
This one day course is designed to briefly dive into what to expect during labor. Topics covered include the stages of labor, pain management options, coping techniques and comfort measures, writing a birth plan, and one year access to our FREE online breastfeeding class.
WHO SHOULD CHOOSE THIS CLASS: You don’t have time or desire to take a longer class, want an in-person brief instruction, planning an epidural but want some coping techniques to labor at home before heading to the hospital, want to know what to expect for both partners.
WHEN AND WHERE: Saturdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at Jubilee Birth Center in Bryan, TX with a lunch break from 12:00 - 1:00.
INVESTMENT: $275 for 7 hours of instruction and comes with a full color workbook that the two of you will continue to use after class.

Reboot Refresher:
Birth Boot Camp Reboot class is for couples who have taken a birth class with a previous pregnancy. This class is tailor made to cover the topics you feel you need to prepare for your upcoming birth. We typically will discuss the stages of labor, relaxation and comfort measure techniques, postpartum, and breastfeeding.
This is a private class and scheduled on a "as needed" basis and runs 4 hours. Contact me to schedule your class!
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS: Those who have given birth before and just want a quick refresher.
INVESTMENT: $200 for 4 hours of instruction and comes with a full color workbook
Online Birth Class
Can’t make one of my in-person classes but still need to prepare for your amazing birth? No worries, you can still prepare with our online birth classes. They are pre-recorded and self-paced. (And I co-host them!)
Postpartum Consulting
As a mom myself, I know how we often spend a lot of time planning for our births (which we NEED!) but forget to plan for postpartum. In my postpartum consulting sessions, we will take all of the information you have been gathering along the wayand put it all together in your own, personalized, doable postpartum plan. I highly recommend purchasing Not Your Mother’s Postpartum Book by Caitlin Slavens and Chelsea Bodie and you will receive Birth Boot Camp’s 4th Trimester Guidebook and folder of handouts included in the price.
Live Virtual Meetings
We will meet for three 50 minute virtual sessions before your baby is born.

The New You
* Postpartum Consulting sessions are based on having taken the Birth Boot Camp Life With Your New Baby class. This option gives you access to the online class (watch at your own pace before our sessions) and a workbook that will be mailed to you. This lets us bypass the education portion and dive into planning your best postpartum!
Postpartum Doula Care
As a mother of six, I understand how precious postpartum is. I understand the deep feelings, fears, joy, and exhaustion that can be so overwhelming in those first days of your baby’s life. My approach to postpartum care is mother-centered. My goal is to care for you, while you learn to care for your baby. I will be an extra pair of experienced hands to help you tap into your motherhood wisdom and help you feel calm and confident as you get to know your new, sweet babe.
In-Home Care
Three 3 hour in home care visits plus one home visit before baby arrives. Visits include breastfeeding support, light housework, making lunch, talking through your birth, etc.
Timing
Postpartum Care will be scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Exact days will depend on when baby is born.
Investment
$400 for 9 hours of care
Additional mileage costs for outside of Brenham/BCS.
